SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

DELIVERY LOCATIONS
We currently ship to all areas within the United Arab Emirates including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, and Fujairah.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Please note: During peak seasons including Ramadan, Eid celebrations, UAE National Day, and promotional sale periods, processing times may extend to 2-3 business days due to increased order volumes.
DELIVERY TIME
All products are shipped from our UAE-based warehouses, ensuring fast and reliable delivery:
- Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman: 2-4 business days
- Abu Dhabi, Al Ain: 3-5 business days
- Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, Fujairah: 4-6 business days
- Remote areas: May require an additional 1-2 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier scheduling, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. We work with trusted local shipping partners to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.
SHIPPING COSTS
- FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders over AED 150
- Orders under AED 150: AED 25 shipping fee
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and cart total.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your shipment by:
1. Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
2. Visiting our Track Order page and entering your tracking number
3. Contacting our customer support team for assistance
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
As all shipments originate from within the UAE, there are no customs clearance delays or import duties applicable to your order. The price you pay at checkout is the final price.
DELIVERY ISSUES
Failed Delivery Attempts
If our courier is unable to deliver your order after multiple attempts, the package will be held at the local courier facility. We will contact you to arrange redelivery or collection. Additional delivery fees may apply for redelivery requests.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date (for lost packages) or actual delivery date (for damaged items). Please provide your order number and photographs of any damage. We will investigate the matter with our shipping partner and arrange a replacement or full refund as appropriate.
SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including building name/number, flat number, landmark information, and contact telephone number. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incomplete or incorrect address details provided by the customer.
If you need to modify your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. Address changes can only be accommodated before the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
DELIVERY SCHEDULE
Standard delivery operates Sunday through Thursday. Limited delivery services are available on Fridays and Saturdays to major city areas only.
Please note that deliveries are not made on the following public holidays:
- Eid Al-Fitr
- Eid Al-Adha
- UAE National Day (December 2)
- New Year's Day
- Other official UAE public holidays
Orders placed during public holiday periods will be processed on the next business day.
